Microsoft has recently changed its policy regarding the default behaviour of flash player in IE10, which was configured to block websites using the flash plugin until it was in its compatibility list. With the latest update, all websites are now allowed to use the flash plugin on the latest browser.
Internet Explorer does not differ radically from Internet Explorer 9, in fact at first glance it is hard to tell that it is a newer version. All the changes are under the hood as it were.
Microsoft has recognized that a major security loophole has been found in Internet Explorer and it is working to get the issue fixed as soon as it can. Meanwhile it has suggested a list of workarounds. This has forced Germany to suggest using other browsers for the time being.
