In order to combat excessive bait and switch scammers trying to promote their apps by posting fake screenshots immediately after their apps are approved for the App Store, Apple has now stopped allowing developers from updating the screenshots until a legitimate binary update is posted accompanying them.
The digital magazine store app, with more than 4.5 million users is now the highest grosser for iPad in Apple’s App Store.
Apple added Indian rupee along with 7 other currencies to be supported in its app store. This will allow iPhone developers and consumers to sell and purchase apps in their local currency.
