Adobe integrates Creative and Marketing Clouds

At the ongoing Adobe Summit, Adobe Systems has announced availability of a new offering it calls Digital Asset Management (DAM) within the Adobe Marketing Cloud. According to Adobe, it has “reimagined digital asset management with both marketers and creatives in mind, giving organizations truly unprecedented capabilities to bridge workflows and more easily deliver consistent, high-quality experiences anywhere and on any device.” While most of you would know of the Adobe Creative Cloud, the DAM closely integrates with the Creative Cloud, thereby simplifying collaboration between marketers and creative teams. With the close integration, planning, production, search and global distribution of images, videos and other content is now more efficient. Also, with the close integration with Creative Cloud applications and comprehensive metadata support, there is a remarkable improvement in content quality, production speed, and brand consistency with the the ability to reuse assets.
