ValueNotes, a research firm conducted a survey commissioned by Mithi Software technologies that studied how collaboration affects enterprise productivity. It was conducted over a variety of firms ranging from small size with less than 250 employees to large ones with more than 1000 employees. Participants were all levels of managers like senior / junior managers, consultants, CXOs and solution partners.
Among the major findings that outlined the study was the fact that employee productivity improvement remained consistently a major priority for collaboration infrastructure, with cost reduction maintaining a close second choice as the next move. Sustainability on the other hand was among the least priorities.
