Windows 8 is coming soon, and Office 2013 isn’t that far away either.

Both products feature a brand new logo, and to go with that new look

As Microsoft claims in its latest blog post on TechNet, it has been 25 years since they last changed their logo, and it is about time.

Windows 8 is coming soon, and Office 2013 isn’t that far away either. Both products feature a brand new logo, and to go with that new look Microsoft is updating their own logo as well.

As the blog post points out, a major re-branding of a company takes time, and while this logo will slowly spread across Microsoft products and stores, it will take time.
